Create a DELPROS Account ▾All applications must be submitted through the Delaware Professional Regulation Online Services (DELPROS) portal. Register as a new user to begin.

Pass the NPTE ▾U.S. educated applicants must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) before submitting their application for licensure in Delaware.

Submit Online Application ▾Complete the online application for Physical Therapist licensure in DELPROS and pay the non-refundable application fee ($193).
Start Application -
Complete Criminal Background Check ▾Schedule a fingerprinting appointment through IdentoGO using service code 27S38H. Delaware requires both State and Federal (FBI) background checks.

Submit Supporting Documents ▾Arrange for official transcripts to be sent directly from your school and provide proof of current CPR certification (online-only courses are not accepted).
