Slow Downs

Incorrect ORI Number
Using the wrong ORI number for fingerprints prevents the Board from receiving results. Ensure you use EDOH0380Z.
Criminal History Non-Disclosure
Failure to disclose past offenses (excluding minor traffic violations) leads to significant delays or denial.
Name Mismatch
If the name on your ID does not match your application exactly, you will be turned away from the exam.
Incomplete Verification
Delays in receiving official license verification from other states for endorsement applicants.
