How to Apply

Create an Account in the Licensing Portal ▾Register for an account on the Nevada Physical Therapy Board's online portal (Thentia) to begin your application.

Submit Initial Application and Fees ▾Complete the online application for licensure by examination or endorsement and pay the non-refundable application fee ($300 for PT).

Complete Fingerprinting and Background Check ▾Submit fingerprints for a criminal background check. Use ORI: NV920370Z. Results can take up to 2 months to process.

Request Official Transcripts ▾Have your official transcripts sent directly from your CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program to the Board.

Register for the NPTE ▾If applying by examination, register for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) through FSBPT.
