Slow Downs

Incomplete Forms
Missing signatures or unanswered questions on Form 1 or Form 4A can halt the process. Double-check all fields before submission.
Third-Party Document Delays
Transcripts and verifications must be sent directly from the source. Delays often occur when institutions are slow to process these requests.
Incorrect Exam Scores
Failing to select the correct recipient code for NYSED when taking the Praxis exam will prevent the board from receiving your scores.
