How to Apply

  1. Verify Eligibility
    Ensure you have a doctoral degree (AuD) from an accredited institution (if graduated after Jan 1, 2008) and have completed 1,800 clock hours of supervised professional experience.

    Register for and pass the Praxis Audiology exam (test code 5343) administered by ETS. Ensure scores are sent to the Board.
