Slow Downs

Incomplete Fingerprint Cards
Cards that are folded, smudged, or filled out in the wrong ink color will be rejected by OSBI, delaying the background check by weeks.
Payment Method Errors
The Board no longer accepts cash, checks, or money orders. Sending these will result in the application being returned immediately.
Interview Scheduling
Reciprocity interviews are only held on specific Board meeting dates. Missing a scheduled date can delay licensure until the next quarterly meeting.
