How to Apply
Verify Eligibility

Ensure you have a Master's or Doctorate (AuD) in Audiology from a CAA-accredited program and have passed the Praxis exam.
Complete Jurisprudence Exam
▾
Take the online Jurisprudence Examination covering West Virginia state laws. Print the completion certificate to submit with your application.
Submit FBI Background Check
▾
Schedule a fingerprinting appointment through IdentoGO. Results must be sent directly to the Board.
Request Official Documents
▾
Request official transcripts from your university and Praxis scores from ETS to be sent directly to the Board office.
