Slow Downs

Background Check Processing
The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) can take 3-4 weeks to process fingerprint cards once they are received by the Board.
Missing Identification Documents
Failure to upload a clear copy of your Social Security card or proof of lawful presence will stop the application review.
Out-of-State Verification
Delays often occur when other state registries are slow to send official license verifications for endorsement applicants.
